A: The Company is Trade Tokri Business Solutions ( OPC) Private Limited, india.

Q: What are company profiles?

A: tradeTokri company profiles are pages filled with company/business information (such as business name, address and phone number) provided by public information sources or company representatives who have added detailed information about who they are and what they do. Since not all pages are claimed by the business owner, some profiles are more robust than others.


Q: Where does tradeTokri get its company/business data?

A: It depends. If the information showing is basic (company name, address and phone number) and it has an “Own This” button, the information comes from a collection of public records, such as trade records, business registrations and government registries. Otherwise, a company representative has made changes, and these profiles generally offer more detailed company information.


Q: How often is business listing information on tradeTokri updated?

A: Listing information is updated as it’s made available from publishers of public records, or when business owners or representatives make changes or additions to their profiles.

Q: There’s incorrect information about my company. How can I fix it?


A: Click the “Own This” button to claim your company profile. Claiming allows you to replace incorrect information or update the profile to include a company description, photos, videos and more. All changes are password protected.


Q: Can I add my company to tradeTokri?


A: Yes! tradeTokri accepts listings for businesses located in India. Adding your company is easy and free, and we have tools and coaches ready to help you promote and grow your business. Get Started NOW.


Q: There’s some information I’d rather not have online, what should I do?

A: You can update your profile to reflect what you want the world to know. After locating your company, click the “Own This” button on your company’s profile. It walks you through the process to clean it up.

Q: I asked you to remove my information, why do I still see it in Google search results?

A: We remove profiles within 72 hours of the request, but search engines take longer to update. What you see in the search results is cached information, but if you click on the link you should see that your profile has been removed.



Q: How do I add more information about my company to tradeTokri?


A: If you have already claimed your company profile on tradeTokri, you can easily edit your business information. Login to tradeTokri and start at your Business Dashboard to make changes.


Q: Someone else at my company claimed my profile. How do I get access to it?


A: A company profile that has been edited or added to tradeTokri may only be edited by the User ID (email address) that initially edited it. If the person who edited the company profile is a former employee and you have access to the company email address that was used to register on tradeTokri, you can reset the password and then make any edits to the claimed company profile. The alternative is for us to remove the claim on the company profile, and you can register your email address and edit the company listing again. Email Us if you need additional help.




Q: How do I add more photos to my company's profile?


A: Although you cannot feature additional photos directly on your profile, you can post up to five photos on each of your Showcase pages. You also have the option to add a link in the Additional Links section of your tradeTokri profile so visitors can view a photo gallery on your website or other online site.


Q: What if my business is no longer in operation or I wish not to be listed at all?

A: Not a problem. Just email us  the URL of the page you’d like removed along with a brief explanation.

Shipping and delivery


 Do I have to pay shipping charges?


No, you don’t have to pay any shipping charges for transactions worth Rs 1000 and above.Transactions of Rs 999 or lower will incur a very small convenience charge of Rs 99.


 By when will I receive the ordered products?


If you have purchased online, with a Credit, Debit, or Cash card, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. If the payment method is Cash On Delivery (COD), we will give you a confirmation via phone.
If you are making a payment via Cheque or Demand Draft, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email after the payment has been processed. If the item needs to be shipped internationally, please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks for delivery


 How do I know whether the product can be delivered to my area? Can I opt for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment in my area?


Akam is trying its best to ship its products as far and wide as possible. However, there are still a few areas where we are unable to ship. While placing an order, you will receive an intimation of the same. Similarly, you will also be informed on whether or not the Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option is available in your respective area.


 A few months ago, I had ordered from Akam and the order was delivered successfully to my address. However, this time, I am unable to place an order as my Pincode is not being recognised. Why so?


There were a few areas and Pincodes that were serviced by Akam earlier; however, they are unserviceable now due to courier issues. If you are trying to place an order using one of these Pincodes, we won't be able to take your order. We regret the inconvenience. To place your order successfully, we request you to provide a different / alternate address with a serviceable Pincode. Please get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 9999912345 to know which Pincodes are serviceable.


 What is the mode of delivery at Akam ?


We have partnered with GATI courier services for the shipment of products across India and FEDEX courier services for international shipments. Depending upon your location and reach, we also make use of several other trustworthy domestic service providers to deliver products.


 Why have I received only a part of my order?


As mentioned in our Product details page, each product has its own delivery duration. Please note that, if you have ordered multiple items, the entire order may not be delivered together and you would be receiving partial shipments, as each product may be delivered as per the individual delivery timeline. However we try and send maximum products from your order in one shipment.

 How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?


Within a few minutes of successfully placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Akam . This email will include all the important details related to your order. Please do not delete this email, as it, more or less, acts as an order receipt.


 How do I check the status of my order?


Simply follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Click on 'Login / Sign Up' on the top left of the page and log in to your account.
  2. Go to 'Akam ' on the top right of the website.
  3. Click on the 'Orders' tab.
  4. Go to the relevant Order No. and click on it to check its status.




Once your order has been cancelled, we will immediately process the refund. Your refund will be in the form of Akam Credits, which can be used for any of your subsequent purchases with us. The subsequent purchases need to be made within 60 days.

 Can I cancel an order?


Though the Akam website itself does not have any option to cancel an order once the payment is made, you can definitely get in touch with our Customer Service on +91 9999912345 at the earliest (within 24 hours of placing the order) with your Order No. to cancel it. If your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund the amount as Akam Credits.


 Can I modify or change my order?


Our helpful and friendly Customer Service Executives are always at your service in case you want to modify your order; simply call +91 9999912345. They will also be happy to help you if you want to update your shipping address. Remember to be as quick as possible and contact our Customer Service at the earliest for anything like this.
